No matter how good our intentions, we all carry implicit biases. In this course we’ll define implicit bias, reflect on how it informs our beliefs, behaviors, and interactions with each other, and practice debiasing with the RIR Protocol.

In this course, participants will explore the concepts of marginalization, privilege, and belonging to develop an understanding of how our formal and informal practices and policies inequitably impact different people and groups.
